Still have not received the order

Order was placed on 24th April. It is now the 13 May and I still have not received the order.

Hello Jason,

You ordered on the afternoon of the 24th. It was shipped after Anzac Day in the morning. Unfortunately, as you know from the tracking, it entered the Australia Post network but has stopped updating. We have launched an enquiry with Australia Post to find this package. We will have this resolved ASAP. If they have lost the unit, a replacement will be sent right away.

I did install about 20 shelly devices less than a year ago . They start failing 1 by 1 and with the new app there's no way of making them work again. . The customer support it s clueless and they are not willing to support . They can only ask for the invoice sounding like I have stolen the devices somewhere. In a nutshell I will never use shelly again and I wasted a lot of money for rubbish
