The solution combines two key elements: CoolPlug, a device that easily connects to the indoor unit and CooLinkHub that links all CoolPlugs together, providing connectivity to the relevant channels (Ethernet (TCP-IP), RS232, Modbus, and KNX). As a result, you can connect to any Home Automation system, as well as take advantage of our cloud-based CoolRemote app.

Please note:  CooLinkHub is a generic device not brand specific.
CoolPlug is brand-specific and currently supports the following brands:

Daikin KRP(P1P2)
Mitsubishi Electric
Hitachi
LG
Panasonic/Sanyo (for ducted systems)

Please contact us to find if your system is compatible with CoolPlug

CoolPlug and CooLinkHub support all major home automation systems, such as Fibaro, Push, Control 4, Savant, Lutron, Elan, Philips Dynalite, RTI, URC and many others.

    Query

Is the Air Conditioner “COOLLINKHUB + COOLPLUG” wireless? I mean does it require power connection to operate? If it runs by battery, how long it provides service with full charge.

Plz do mention if u have other wireless electronics and electrical devices other than Air conditioner

    Hello,

Leaving a review is not the best method of contact. We have live chat on the website or contact us at info@ozsmartthings.com.au

The Hub needs to be connected at your router and requires power from the adapter included. The plug gets its power from your A/C unit. The communication between the hub and plug is wireless.
