    this quote shit is a big red flag, does that mean your going to state a high price and see how low you have to go untill i buy it? im not fulling out ya bullshit form and waiting for an email, you just lost a guaranteed sale buddy

    We appreciate your feedback, but we’re not quite sure what tactics you’re referring to. The item you inquired about is currently on pre-order because we don’t have stock available at the moment. When an item is out of stock and placed on pre-order, our system automatically puts orders on hold as a special order and, unfortunately, also removes the displayed price which we are unable to bypass when an order is in special order due to system restrictions.

    All customers who have emailed us regarding this product have received the same quote and estimated arrival time (ETA) for pricing, so we’re unsure where the concern about negotiation tactics is coming from. If you requested a quotation via email on the 29th (which was a weekend), it would have been answered on the next business day (Monday)—with the same pricing as any other customer who inquired.

    Arrived DOA, no replacement yet

    I ordered this last year, extremely excited for it to arrive. When it finally shipped out and arrived, I was horrified to find it appears DOA. I immediately ordered another one and started the warranty process but due to my work it's incredibly difficult to get to a post office during open hours so I am yet to be able to send the faulty unit back, and they will not send a replacement until I can do that. They have also not sent out my second ordered unit yet so weeks later I am without voice :(

Once the return process is completed and it’s confirmed that the item is faulty, we will promptly proceed with the replacement.

    Additionally, please note that the HA Voice Preview Edition has been on pre-order status since the first week of January, as the first batch sold out quickly. The ETA for restocking was clearly mentioned on the product page before your second order was placed. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to resolving this matter for you.
