These are easy to install, they work well with Home assistant, like the design, will get more.
These have been a great addition to our home automation setup and work well with Home Assistant and Zigbee2MQTT.
There are a few quirks to get them working via Zigbee2MQTT but the automated discovery works OK to expose the device in Home Assistant. To get full functionality there are two things you'll need to do in Zigbee2MQTT:
1. On the Bind tab of the device once paired, ensure LevelCtrl and OnOff are bound to the coordinator (this binding doesn't happen on discovery and means manual updates on the switch for on/off or brightness changes aren't reported back).
2. On the Dev Console tab, click Generate External Definition. This will get a temporary converter setup working for Home Assistant.
There is a fix for the above quirks coming in v20.29.0 for zigbee-herdsman-converters to support this dimmer natively in Zigbee2MQTT. One other thing that isn't mentioned in the product description is the ability to configure 'power on' behaviour. This can ensure lights using these dimmers in the house don't turn on should there be a power failure as you can tell the dimmer to use the last set state on next power cycle.
Overall they work well in our house and keep a stock look and feel to our switches. They are also easy to locate at night as they have a dim blue LED backlight.
Pro - very responsive with Home assistant via Z2M, backlit dial means its easy to find in the dark
Cons - Not compatible with Zigbee2MQTT without making a converter, manual control of the device is not reflected in Z2M or Home Assistant
